This portal exists to provide TrendX Insights clients with a transparent, structured channel to raise concerns and track their resolution. Unlike generic review platforms, every submission here is tied to a real, verified order, eliminating anonymous or fabricated feedback entirely.

Verification guarantee: Every entry published on this page has been validated against a unique Order ID and the registered purchase email. If a submission cannot be verified, it is not accepted.

How Verification Works

When you purchased a report or service from TrendX Insights, an Order ID was issued to your registered email. To submit feedback, enter that Order ID and email in Step 1 below.

  • Your email is never stored or displayed publicly; only a cryptographic hash is retained for verification.
  • Status updates (Pending → In Progress → Resolved) are applied by the TrendX Insights team as your case progresses.
  • You may submit up to 3 separate entries per order. Once the team responds, a reply option appears on each entry.

Only verified clients can submit feedback. You need a valid Order ID from your purchase confirmation and the email address used at the time of purchase. Both must match exactly. This prevents fake or anonymous reviews entirely.

The TrendX Insights team aims to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Your entry’s status updates from Pending to In Progress and finally to Resolved as the team handles your case.

Yes. All approved feedback is publicly displayed on this page along with its resolution status. You may choose to submit anonymously if you prefer not to display your name.

Yes. Once the team has responded, a reply button appears on your entry. You may also submit up to 3 separate feedback entries per order. For additional follow-up, email business@trendxinsights.com with your Order ID.
